Resetting and reinitialising a bank access

Explanation

This section is only relevant for EBICS bank accesses.

If required, you can reset your already initialised bank access. If configured by your financial institution, your initialised bank access can also be reset by the application when you reset your security medium.

In this cases, please contact your bank advisor so that your bank access can be reset at the bank server.

To reinitialise the bank access, you must send your user key to the financial institution.

Procedure for resetting a bank access

1.

Select Settings ➔ User settings, tab Bank accesses.

2.

Select the bank access for editing.

3.

Click on Reset bank access.
